This operating system is intended to provide a streamlined, lightweight experience that is optimized for mobile productivity and touch-based interaction. Some key features of Windows 10X includes,
1.Modern interface:
Windows 10X features a modern interface that is designed to be more touch-friendly and streamlined compared to the traditional Windows desktop.
2.App compatibility:
Windows 10X is compatible with both traditional Windows apps and newer, more modern Universal Windows Platform (UWP) apps.
3.Enhanced security:
Windows 10X includes enhanced security features such as secure boot, BitLocker, and Windows Hello biometric authentication.
4.Simplified updates:
Windows 10X uses a new update system that allows updates to be installed in the background without disrupting the user's workflow.
5.Device orchestration:

However, in May 2021, Microsoft announced that it had decided to cancel the development of Windows 10X, and instead focus on integrating some of its features into the traditional version of Windows 10. So, at the moment, i think Windows 10X is no longer a limited version of the operating system that is expected to be released.
