Because if a guy like him, put in a prison, than the news will spread like a wildfire and he started to get  more followers and in peoples mind they have curious and they have intention to make a wrong decision. By the end of the result, some like to rescue that guy from the prison and many will like to be a guy like him and try to do this on their own. So to stop everything, he just hunt him down, this news will be known by very limited peoples.

Also after all this decades, finally The Time God planning to do the same thing, but if he did that, than in the history, there is no clue that how to control that creatures. No one saw or hear anything about the creature. Since it is came out of dark matters or the blast of time disturbance. So that force is unstoppable. That will hunt not on planet, but the entire planet. So that’s why he plan to stop the Time God. Even Chron _os will Join with Guardian fighters, but In that time they didn’t know they all are too late. That Timer God Already brings out that Creatures and using that power he wipe out entire Guardians and he is only the one who is alive. Even the Chron _os are not able to face him after that huge w*r. He is not gone, but for some reason, Time God locked him in some Priosn.
